Cam bearings were never fitted to the Triumph GT6, TR250 and TR6 engines during production.  We strongly recommend having your block machined to accept this cam bearing set if you're running a camshaft with more than 280 degrees of duration and / or in excess of 0.425" valve lift.  Many of our customers, even with milder camshafts, still opt to perform this modification for the piece of mind that it provides.

Triumph TR6 Pilot Bushing

Often over looked, the pilot bushing is critical to achieving proper clutch action. The pilot bushing supports the front of the gearbox's input shaft, and it is along the input shaft that the clutch disc moves. Without proper support, the clutch disc can stick on its splines and cause the common "sticky clutch". A new pilot bushing should be installed on every clutch job.

Our TR6 LuK clutch kits already include a new pilot bushing.
